Spirit Yoga classes take place in the Anglican Church Hall in Kingscote. It is advisable not to eat for a few hours before practising yoga. Wear loose fitting or stretch fabric clothing. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket or wrap to cover yourself with during Sivasana if the weather is cool. Please advise beforehand if you need to borrow a yoga mat. Please arrive 5 -10 min before the start time so that you can settle in and enjoy. Please note that bookings need to be made 6+ hours before a class starts. If you wish to cancel a booking you need to do so at least 12 hours before the class starts or you will forfeit the pass (unless it is an emergency or you are ill).
