Spirit Yoga classes take place in the Anglican Church Hall in Kingscote, corner Osmond and Drew Streets. It is advisable not to eat for a few hours before practising yoga. Wear loose fitting or stretch fabric clothing. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket or wrap to cover yourself with during Sivasana (final meditation at end) if the weather is cool. Yoga mats are available for hire if needed. Please arrive 5 -10 min before the start time so that you can settle in and relax. Please note that bookings close three hours before a class starts. Should you wish to cancel a booking you need to do so at least 12 hours before the class starts through this platform or else you will forfeit the pass, or in the case of emergencies or illness, please inform me by text.
Energy Medicine sessions require that you purchase a Short Energy Medicine pass (not a yoga class pass). If you don't see a timeslot that suits you, please be in touch with me for us to find a time that does. For more information on Shamanic Energy Medicine please see: https://phillipaholden.com/
