Spirit Yoga classes take place in the Anglican Church Hall in Kingscote. It is advisable not to eat for a few hours before practising yoga. Wear loose fitting or stretch fabric clothing. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket or wrap to cover yourself with during Sivasana if the weather is cool. Please advise beforehand if you need to borrow a yoga mat. Please arrive 5 -10 min before the start time so that you can settle in and enjoy. Please note that bookings need to be made 6+ hours before a class starts. If you wish to cancel a booking you need to do so at least 12 hours before the class starts or you will forfeit the pass (unless it is an emergency or you are ill, in which case you should inform me by text to 0498 578 380).
